Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Janna relocated to Gainesville in 2016 to pursue studies at UF. She successfully completed the entomology program in 2020. Since then, Janna has been an integral part of the staff at North Central and the BCM. Her hobbies encompass both sports and the arts, with a keen interest in tennis and a talent for music, playing the piano, guitar, and percussion. She has an aspiration to master other instruments as time goes on. At the BCM, Janna takes on a leadership role in the worship team and mentors several students.
Within our church, Janna dedicates her time to college students. She is instrumental in setting up the life group each Sunday, extending a warm welcome to students, ensuring consistent follow-up, and leading the freshman discussion group. Furthermore, she serves as the missions resident, keeping the church community informed about North Central’s outreach and mission efforts, both locally and globally.
